This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect the statutory warranty provided by law.

Disclaimer of Liability:
The return and warranty policy outlined on this page applies only to purchases made directly through eufy-operated online stores. If you have purchased our products through a third party, the terms of return and warranty may vary. Policies may also vary depending on the country of purchase due to different legal requirements and other considerations.

Non-damaged products can be returned for a full refund, no matter the reason, within 15 days of purchase, excluding Company purchases / bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Orders of more than 10 units of product will be considered bulk orders.) After the item is returned to eufy's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Return must include all accessories
● The items must include the original packaging. Except for the machine, see the FAQ at the product listing for details on the specific return policy for the machine
● For non-quality related warranty requirements, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost
● For non-quality related warranty claims, eufy refund the cost of the product itself
● The product may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements

Claim a refund within 15 days , which expires after 15 days from the opening of the warranty claim. Refund requests for non-quality issues for expired items cannot be processed within this 15-day period. For purchases not made directly through eufy's online stores, please contact the retailers for a refund. For quality-related issues, please see below.

 

How to return goods at eufy.com ?
To start returning goods , you will need to submit a return request. Please prepare the order number and email address used to purchase. You can start returning goods here.
If you have a eufy account, you can manage refunds directly through your order history. Guests who do not have an order number can sign up for an account using the email address associated with the purchase. This allows you to access order history and manage refunds.
Claim a warranty for quality-related issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by eufy or eufy authorized dealers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

eufy's limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is not valid for items taken outside the country in which they were originally purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

Quality-related warranty claims for purchases made through eufy s authorized distributors and retailers are processed through eufy.

For quality-related warranty claims, eufy will provide one or more of the following solutions, at eufy s sole discretion:

- Refund product type
- C grade replacement parts
- Product Repair
- Exchange Exchange the Product with a factory refurbished unit if available
- We have a completely new unit

Warranties for all replacement products are subject to the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. The warranty on the product will be void once it has been fully refunded.

Products (RoboVac / HomeVac / Dust Machine) that are out of warranty are also eligible for paid repair services.

 

Note: For eufy products, the part warranty period extends for 12 months from the date of purchase, while we provide part upgrade service that extends for two years from the date of purchase.

If the price drops within 15 days of the order date, you can contact support@eufy.com to match the price for a refund of the difference.
